pagination. The default email per page listing can be adjusted by the user in
Properties. If the user has access to multiple Bolster Suite applications, at the bottom of the Dashboard is the Dashboard Docker. The Docker provides a real-time display of Daily Appointments, EIM's and/or CMS documents...all based on the user's permissions.

If a user has
multiple email accounts, the Bolster Suite Administrator can grant access to other BolsterMail email accounts, complete with all assigned applications. In the
Edit menu, the user simply selects
Go To User or
Switch Back to the user's main account.
Email Search
BolsterMail

includes powerful
Email Search. Select one, many or all mailboxes. Search Subject, From, To, Cc, or All with Email Body.
In addition, Search options include search by "Exact Phrase" or "All Key Words" or "Any Key Words", plus Case Sensitivity and optional Date Range.
Mailboxes
BolsterMail provides multiple mailbox levels, including six core mailboxes:
Inbox, Sent, Trash, Draft, Junk and Saved. Mailboxes can be added, edited,
Archived, or removed. All mailboxes and email data have scheduled backups via Bolster Suite's
BUStore.
Send, Reply, Reply All and Forward Email
It's easy to Send, Reply, Reply All and Forward Email with BolsterMail. Full intergration with our Contact/List Manager

makes it easy to send email to contacts and/or contact lists.
Features include sending email in
(X)HTML or Text Email, adding attachments, Inline Images (at the cursor) and links. You can also select your choice of fonts, styles, sizes, colors, tables and other editing tools.
Users have the option of sending email with different encodings, including encrypted email, set email priority, or select Text Only. By default, all email sent is saved in your Sent mailbox, but this is optional.
Each User can save unsent emails in their
Draft mailbox, with attachments, Inline Images and more. Once the Draft email is sent, the email is removed from the Draft mailbox.
With a Reply, Reply All or Forward message with attachments, each user can select any or all attachments to send or not to send.
Each email to be sent automatically applies the user's email "Trailer". Set in user
Properties, each user can include their name and contact information. The
From field is obtained by the user's login. It cannot be edited to help stop email spoofing.
Viewing Email
Viewing email is as easy as double-clicking on an email from the Dashboard list. It's easy to Reply, Reply All and Forward Email, or create a new email from the top icon

row.
The user can easily
Print, add the
From user directly to the Contact List Manager, view the full
email header or if the email was sent in HTML and Text (the default being HTML), the user can simply click on the
text version.
All
attachments are displayed at the bottom, including Inline Image attachments, while the images display in the email. If an attachment is suspicious, a warning icon appears next to the attachment link.
All email content is filtered for potential
SPAM and embedded threats. If a threat is detected, the email is routed to the user's
Junk mailbox.
