Bolster Suite → Content Management System (CMS):
BolsterCMS provides easy to use, permission based, multiple level categorization of Editor Created (X)HTML content, with document upload capability (with document history), and optional blog-style content discussions,
per published document.
Designed for easy drill-down access to permission based content. Access to content is easily managed by each category's Editor.
Administrator assigned Editor roles, provide for simple management of content creation, document uploading and publishing. Editor's can only edit documents they have created. Domain users and Editors have the ability to create multiple, concurrent discussions on each published document and its uploaded files.
BolsterCMS includes the main CMS screen, which organizes by multi-level organizational Categories. Mouse-over a document for document detail. Lower-level Categories are represented in red. The main screen and each subordinate level, include editable HTML for customization of each Category level.
Each departmental section lists each of the published documents within, detailing the title, author, publish date and audience.
Each published HTML document displays its hierarchy, date published and title. Below the published HTML document are optionally
uploaded, associated documents.
If optional discussions were selected for this document, all users with document access can create or add to discussions regarding the
document. There can be multiple discussions.
Each discussion and each discussion entry can be viewed by clicking on the left + sign. To collapse discussions and/or discussions entries, click on the – sign.
